As a Customer Success Manager at Castle, your top priority will be to inspire confidence in our customers by getting to know them and their investment strategy.

You will serve as the main point-of-contact with our customers, and curate their Castle experience by increasing positive touchpoints and communicating proactively about ongoing and upcoming property events.

You Should Be:
  • Detail- and process-oriented

Prerequisites:
  • 1+ year of customer support or success experience
  • Experience working in or with any of the following relevant industries: real estate, finance, transportation, government, public utilities, insurance, or accounting
