Castle is looking for contractors in every field to use as our exclusive maintenance providers. We’ll provide you with consistent jobs, great communication, and opportunities to grow as Castle grows.

We require all of our contractors to be licensed and insured. We issue all work orders through our app, so we are looking for prompt email communicators who are comfortable with technology.

Plumbing

Repairs range from snaking a drain to a fixing a faulty water heater or a failed sump pump, so our plumbers need to be ready for any kind of job. Plumbing issues are some of the most common requests from our tenants, so we are looking for contractors who can accept work orders within 24 hours.

HVAC

In order for our tenants to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter, we need trusty HVAC specialists. We’re looking for people who can respond to emergencies and provide weekend work upon request.

Electric

Castle needs licensed electricians to keep our tenants safe and their homes well-lit. You may have to take a look at breakers, switches, or dead outlets, and you should be able to respond to emergencies.

Handyman

We’re looking for a contractor who can handle the odd jobs at our properties. Whether there’s a railing to be reattached or a drain to be snaked, we need someone to be our go-to for smaller jobs.
